I am logged into the ietf-portal system, but I am still being redirected to the portal login page, and only told "you are already logged in" and never get to the page I am going to

This also happened on Monday morning.

Hi,

Around 10:00-10:20 today I tried to connect to the ietf-hotel network in  
the Club Lounge at the 30th floor of the Concorde hotel.

Connecting to the accesspoint went fine, 50-66% signal strength, but  
obtaining an address did not work, except once, and then I was kicked off  
the network a few minutes later (barely had time to download and scan  
through the email). Several more tries to connect did not work.

I have not had any similar problems in my room, in the evenings (although  
I did have a bad incoming skype connection Tuesday evening, but not sure  
if that was the wi-fi)
