Description
I saw the e-mail that in the rooms, the IETF network has been connected to the existing Conrad Seoul SSID. However, in room 2711, I don't see a Conrad SSID. So far, I've just been using the personal hotspot I got at the airport for my room as well, but ideally, I'd have access to the IETF network. (Looks like much better bandwidth!)

Michael,
We're happy to work with you on this, but as we're not heard from you in several days, we'll assume this is resolved. If it still remains an issue, please let us know how the troubleshooting steps went and we'll be happy to work it.
Closing the ticket, but any reply will re-open.

Note: See TracTickets for help on using tickets.
Try restarting the Mac Mini in your room (underneath the TV). This Mac Mini acts as the wireless access point in your room.
NB: Restarting it might take up to 10(!) Minutes. Watch it boot on the TV. By the time it says "Welcome Mr. Bishop" it *should* be up and you *should* be able to see the Conrad_Seoul SSID.
