WIFI on 28.

Description
I am in the Swissotel, in room 2812. Neither of my laptops can get wifi on either uetf-hotel or Swissotel SSIDS. Help please? Joel

Are you having this problem in the meeting space as well? If so, could please stop by the helpdesk in the Terminal Room? Otherwise, we may have to contact the hotel to see if your room is in a wifi dead spot.

I will come by the 40th floor after lunch. Thank you. I have not brought the laptops to the meeting spaces. The same laptops have worked at previous meetings, so I expect it would work in the meeting rooms. I will bring one with me to 40. Thing work elsewhere on the floor. I walked on non-condensing laptop out, and got connected. Walked it back and it lost connectivity. In one case it get connectivity upon reentry for about a minute, but that was all. The other try it lost it immediately So it appears to be the room, not the floor. To close the loop, some time in the afternoon the wifi in my room started working. I presume as per your request the hotel reset whatever was broken.
