Chris, this feels to me like RF issues causing retransmits at the local L2. Are you still seeing the behavior?

I believe in the NOC room I'm not seeing this, as much.
one in ~20 pings are ~1000ms... (10x latency change)

I am on the ssid: ietf-legacy99
if that matters.

I've been pinging/ping6ing - mailserver.ops-netman.net

which still is approximately ever 20 seconds v6 10x increase and no
similar latency change (at the same time) for v4.

Resolution: not broken
Status: assignedclosed

As per the conversation in the NOC, this problem exists from sources entirely outside the IETF network, hence "not our problem" ;-)
