issues with apps on ESSIDs "ietf-v6ONLY", "ietf-nat64" and Ethernet in Terminal Room

Hi,
There are a few apps that dont work for me, when connecting on the ESSIDs ietf-v6ONLY, ietf-nat64 and Ethernet in Terminal Room.

These apps do work when on SSID "ietf".

Skype can not make test call.

FortiClient? VPN and https VPN/SSL back to my Enterprise.

Exodus for jabber scribe.

My in-house remote management interface offered by operator Free.

ping 8.8.8.8 for that matter.

There are other apps that dont work for me on these ESSIDs and Ethernet, but the above are the most pressing needs.

Thanks for trying the NAT64 network (SSID ietf-nat64) and reporting
your experience. As far as we can tell, the issue you reported is
either an issue of the NAT64 implementation's handling of that
specific traffic or the given application vendor's implementation.
We're collecting all the issues that come up and will pass the
reports back to the vendor at the end of the week. Hopefully this
will lead to better implementations and greater functionality for

Thank you for reporting.

I added this ticket to the list of known issues of NAT64 (https://tickets.meeting.ietf.org/wiki/nat64). Note that these issues on ietf-v6only are expected because we do not offer NAT64 on ietf-v6only. So, these applications simply don't support IPv6.

As for the issues on an Ethernet port, we do not provide NAT64/v6only networks on wired port in the terminal room. Therefore, the issue is not about NAT64 but the configuration of the wired port. Can you come to the help desk in the terminal room so that NOC team can check the configuration of that port?
