Description
Hello, I'm unable to join ietf-hotel from my MacBook Pro on the ninth floor. My iPhone 8 is able to join the network, but I haven't been able to get to join. I'm able to get the Fairmount Wireless, is there a difference between that and the IETF network? Regards, Tim

"Have you tried turning it off and on again?" :-)
No, seriously: Can you please retry after booting your machine?
Thanks!

I reboot this morning, with no luck. I've also tried disabling the WIFI and reenabling it. ~Tim On Tue, Jul 17, 2018 at 9:48 AM IETF Tickets/NOC <tickets@meeting.ietf.org> wrote: > #1233: Ninth floor IETF-Hotel Wireless Network > -----------------------------+---------------------------------------- > Reporter: twinters@… | Owner: Clemens Schrimpe > Type: request | Status: assigned > Priority: tbd | Milestone: ietf-102 > Component: hotel | Resolution: > Keywords: | My Current Location: > My MAC Address: | My OS: > -----------------------------+---------------------------------------- > > Comment (by Clemens Schrimpe): > > "Have you tried turning it off and on again?" :-) > > No, seriously: Can you please retry after booting your machine? > > Thanks! > > -- > Ticket URL: <https://tickets.meeting.ietf.org/ticket/1233#comment:3> > IETF Tickets/NOC <https://tickets.meeting.ietf.org> > IETF Meeting Tickets - NOC pages >

Hi Clemens, No it doesn't work. I've had ietf-hotel works in other places but not in my room (or hall). ~Tim On Thu, Jul 19, 2018 at 8:57 AM IETF Tickets/NOC <tickets@meeting.ietf.org> wrote: > #1233: Ninth floor IETF-Hotel Wireless Network > -----------------------------+---------------------------------------- > Reporter: twinters@… | Owner: Clemens Schrimpe > Type: request | Status: assigned > Priority: tbd | Milestone: ietf-102 > Component: hotel | Resolution: > Keywords: | My Current Location: > My MAC Address: | My OS: > -----------------------------+---------------------------------------- > > Comment (by Clemens Schrimpe): > > Hi, I was wondering: Is the network working for you now? > > -- > Ticket URL: <https://tickets.meeting.ietf.org/ticket/1233#comment:6> > IETF Tickets/NOC <https://tickets.meeting.ietf.org> > IETF Meeting Tickets - NOC pages >

The hotel has now reset everything they have relating to your room, so can you please try one last time?
Thanks.
