Hi Mirja,

only allowing the whole screen to be shared if a known Safari issue, and it's also documented in the general instructions on the ietf website.

Re "meeting materials sharing": one upon a time it was like this. Then we realized that chairs kinda often fail to update the meeting materials in a timely manner, so we had to go for something different. Giving that as an option might be a nice ting to add, though. Thanks for the feedback!
