This is a hotel issue. The hotel handles the room network and we act as their ISP.

the hotel network is operational (handing out addresses at least). so this is either localized to a particular port or region of the hotel

Anything on the hotel side is a hotel network issue - we're providing additional bandwidth, but no services. if the issue
persists, we can ping the hotel network folk.
