Noah,

Thanks.  Obviously the recording is pretty useless for real-time
remote participation and, unfortunately, having not anticipated
this, WG Chairs and Minutes-keepers were not given advice about
how to use those tools to make remote participation easier if
audio fails.  For example, something as simple as nothing in the
minutes and/or Jabber that the meeting has ended can be a big
help.

Sorry, John. We were dealing with a number of issues during this time and weren't able to address this as promptly as we would have liked.
