Unfortunately, there's no possible way for us to follow up on this without at least a room number. Is this you? A friend? We'll have to get the hotel involved to check the link, but with the right info we can do it in the next few hours...

I contacted the Caribe MIS guys. I'll update the ticket with any info I get.
Ray: They may contact you about getting access to your room to inspect/fix the jack.

Jesse from MIS tested the jack and it seems to be good. Jim tells me that he got a confirmation from Ray that it's working. Closing ticket!
