Move a subdirectory in the audio directory FW: [88attendees] IETFers app crashing

FYI, there's a request from the author of the IETFers app to remove a "87"
subdirectory from http://www.ietf.org/audio/ietf88/
The existence of this directory is apparently crashing the mobile app and
this would be a quick workaround to fix the problem. (Versus the time it
will take getting a new version through the Apple and Android app stores.)
