The main issue that I face now is no wired ethernet in the room, and poor location of the access points, where the only useable reception area in the room, is by the door.... Sorry you're having issues. Could you double check on the wired ethernet? From all the hotel and BT staff I've spoken to, they all vehemently believe that each room has a wired jack. If not, when you have a minute, please call down and have them send someone up to show you where it is. A pain, I know, but it's probably the best path to getting you solid bits in your room.
