This is happening both in Viscount and in Victoria; possibly everywhere.

There was a filter applied for a rogue v6 router on the ietf-a network. 
I'm guessing they swung too-big a hammer.

I'll follow up with the gents that applied the filter.

We swung a big hammer and took it out with an RA guard meant to deal with another issue.

Can you check now and confirm that it works, please?

To expand on that, I just sent you a response over the nat64 network, so it _is_ working. :)
