Hi, The ietf-hotel SSID on the 12th floor seems to be "not working" in the following sense: * Can join and get IP * Connectivity to the outside world seems to suffer from either slow, long delays or none at all. Been this way for a couple of days. PS. Wired connection in room works great! Ole J. Ole,
We will be able to debug this better with the following details:
- What IP address did you get? Preferably, also what router and mask?
- Please hold the option key while clicking on the wifi icon on the top bar, then while that small window is up, please click command-shift-4 and you should get a crosshair. Select the small window by clicking on a corner and, while holding down the click, dragging to the diagonally opposite corner. You should have a file "Screen Shot <date_time>" on your desktop. Please send that to us.
- Please give us an indication of where on the floor your room is.
