Wired port check

Howdy,

I tried using the wired port in my room, as Jim Martin's message suggested,
but it does not appear to be working on either the standard Hilton port or
the IETF port.  Can you check the box itself, given the room number (2542),
or do I need to call the desk?

Ted,

Please contact the Hilton support using the reporting method listed on the support card in your room. PLEASE don't mention the IETF net, as it will just confuse them. Just ask about wired access and let them run their usual support mechanism. Once they fix their side, the IETF net should come right up. If it doesn't let us know and we'll get on it.

This is resolved; I called the desk, which routed me to their support.
Re-setting the in-room modem did it.
