Description
Howdy, I tried using the wired port in my room, as Jim Martin's message suggested, but it does not appear to be working on either the standard Hilton port or the IETF port. Can you check the box itself, given the room number (2542), or do I need to call the desk? thanks, Ted

This is resolved; I called the desk, which routed me to their support.
