I'm in 8076 and the Wi-Fi has been abysmal the past couple of days.
Wired is fine.

Randy,

I'm currently working with the Hotel IT team to review their Wireless configurations, and find a resolution to some poor performance issues with their network.

I will update this ticket as soon as we find something,

Hi Randy,
The hotel has turned off their 5Ghz radios and have made adjustments to the radios on the 2.4 band. I'm curious, have you seen improvement?

A couple of notes. The physical placement of the APs is the hallway. Positioning yourself to get a better signal may help (I'm sure you know this). Unfortunately, a wired connection may be the most stable. We are continuing to work with the hotel on this issue but would like your feedback. Thank you.

No improvement that I've noticed this morning in
the Wi-Fi signal in room 8076 nor the exec lounge
on the 8th floor.

Wired has been fine all along, but I can't plug
my phone nor iPad into Ethernet and I forgot to
bring my Airport Extreme.
