Richard,
We are working with the Hotel IT to find a resolution to this issue, and examining their configurations. I will update you and this ticket as soon as we have a resolution, or any updates to provide.
Thank you for your patience,
-Con

Hi Richard,
The hotel has turned off their 5Ghz radios and have made adjustments to the radios on the 2.4 band. I'm curious, have you seen improvement?
A couple of notes. The physical placement of the APs is the hallway. Positioning yourself to get a better signal may help (I'm sure you know this). Unfortunately, a wired connection may be the most stable. We are continuing to work with the hotel on this issue but would like your feedback. Thank you.
