Description
Hi! Eduroam hasn't worked for me all week. And although I do not suspect an error on the Ietf side, I could use a helping hand. Today 19:12 I did try to connect to eduroam. My ID is ulrich.wisser@iis.se. Could you send me all information you have in your logs about that? I am in contact with the Swedish eduroam noc and they would like some more information. Kind Regards Ulrich

Thank you for opening this ticket.
I've seen three cases that have an authentication problem, but they all have the iis.se realm. The main cause of this issue is that we do not receive an Access-Accept message after Access-Request. I suspect there is an interoperability issue between iis.se and IETF. We could capture some lines of log on this issue, and now I'm analyzing it. We will struggle with this and try to solve it, but not have done yet.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

This was not a complaint about the ietf network. If you could please send the log lines captured by you. I can forward them to the SUNET NOC and hopefully they can make some matches in their logs. /Ulrich IETF Meeting/NOC <tickets@meeting.ietf.org> schrieb am Fr., 8. I've assigned this ticket but I'm an eduroan user myself and I can tell you two things:
I needed to delete my remembered profile on my first association
The gate to my home institution through eduroam (path to surf net and then internet2) was slow.
Thanks for opening a ticket!
